I rarely write reviews, but this company and its employees actually deserve one!

I was referred to Carney & Son 72 Degrees for the installation of an air scrubber. When I called and expressed my interest, the woman I spoke to advised that they would like to send someone to my home to ensure I actually needed one before quoting and installing it, which I appreciated.

The next day, a gentleman named Bryce who is a trained expert in air safety arrived to inspect my existing system and provide quotes and recommendations. Bryce was fantastic. He took the time to explain to me what the system would actually do (even though he knew I was already planning to get it) and to answer any other questions I had. He also checked my existing system to determine if any cleaning would be necessary before the air scrubber was installed and provided me with pictures to help me understand. He quoted me on shortly thereafter, walked me through all of the available options, and provided me with an honest recommendation on what was needed today. I appreciated his approach and transparency so much that I decided not to get a quote from another company, I just proceeded with 72 Degrees. He was able to get me on the schedule for installation the next day.

My technicians, Gabriel and Jonathan, were also great. They arrived on time and were very polite and knowledgable. They walked me through what they would do before they did it, and when the job was done they provided me with pictures, walked me through adjustments they had to make to my system, and made sure I had no further questions before leaving.

Olivia came by at a moments notice today to solve a problem we needed fixing. She is quite a knowledgeable and very dependable. Front office was great today too. Extremely responsive!

Olivia came out again today for our final servicing since we are moving soon. In parting I would say that Olivia has been top drawer. Always on time and goes about her business. Carney & Sons have been great! Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Well, we moved back and requested Olivia assess the HVAC system in the house we purchased. Very, very old units in bad shape so Olivia called Josh, Project Manager to develop a new system strategy for us. Both Olivia and Josh were outstanding!! We ended up buying a set for up and down. We are excited and eager to get the install completed so we can safely enjoy our home. We cannot that Olivia & Josh enough! They and 72 Degrees Carney & Son are the best ever. Been with them for 20 years +! Highly recommend them all!

Ryan came and performed a QC inspection to follow up on the HVAC installation. As usual, first class. Found two minor items needing some correction and scheduled them while at my house. Gives me great confidence in Carney & Sons.

Our technician, Colton, was very thorough and explained everything to us. This is our first home, and he was able to tell us the issue and how to fix it professionally. Colton was quick and efficient. This company’s communication is exceptional. Robbie is also exceptional, he came and gave us quotes for repairs in a very timely manner.
